Dedicated Staff

Part of our mission is to be positive role models to the children in our care. All of our staff are qualified to at least a level 3 in childcare and have been with us for some time. All children are assigned a keyperson, who will build a strong relationship with them from the very start. Once settled they will assess what your child can do and work with them and you to further their development.

Visits Welcome

Amongst our staff, we encourage a team atmosphere and would like to extend that invitation to you. You are welcome to visit the nursery, talk to the staff and give us feedback on a daily basis. At Sandfield Day Nursery we believe that to be able to provide high quality care we need highly trained, motivated and caring staff. All our staff are qualified in food safety, first aid and safeguarding at the very least.

Partnership Working

We work closely with parents and carers to ensure children’s individual needs are met, and support them to access help through outside agencies when necessary. We share information regularly to set children’s next steps through parents stay and play sessions, parents evenings and multi-agency meetings.

Expert Staff

As experienced and compassionate childcare providers we understand that making the right choice for your little one’s care can be difficult. Which is why at Sandfield Day Nursery, we go above and beyond to create a comforting and educational nursery environment. All of our staff have to go through a rigorous safer recruitment process before starting with us and regular checks are made during their time at the setting.
